We purposely limit the number of homes we build each year to 10-15 projects to ensure superior construction and owner satisfaction. We will never exceed our optimal number of homes under construction at any one time. One aspect which is truly unique to New Haven Homes is our ability and willingness to design each home into the specific site. We will not take the simplest route and just clear a flat area. Many of our homes are designed into the natural topography, which allows the homes to have many levels and several homes have basements which gives the client even more future finish-out space. This concept allows us to save many trees, enhance views, and allow for proper draining as well as providing a very energy-efficient space below ground.
